About the Swim

One of the scariest things for many people who are thinking about doing a triathlon is the swim leg. “I can barely get from one side of the pool to the other! How am I suppose to swim in open water?!” is a commonly heard statement. Swimming doesn’t need to be scary. We can show you how it’s done.

Even if you know how to swim, we can show you techniques to reduce your efforts while increasing your speed! It’s all about swimming harmoniously through a balanced body position. We have special “dryland” equipment available which can be used to help you learn how to get your stroke more efficient as well as get you stronger and help build your endurance.

Whether you’re doing a Super-Sprint Indoor Pool Triathlon or a full Ironman distance triathlon, we can show you how to get the most speed for the least amount of work.
